Welcome to Scrappys Tattoo Studio! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for all clients and visitors to ensure a professional and safe experience. By booking an appointment or entering the studio, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. General Policies

1.1. Eligibility: Clients must be 18 years or older to receive a tattoo. Valid government-issued photo identification is required at the time of the appointment.
1.2. Health Declaration: Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the tattooing process. Scrappys Tattoo Studio reserves the right to decline service if a medical condition presents a risk.
1.3. Design Approval: All tattoo designs must be approved by the client before the session begins. Changes to the design after approval may incur additional costs or require rescheduling.

1. Appointment Policies

2.1. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment. The deposit will be applied to the final cost of the tattoo. Deposits do not expire.
2.2. Rescheduling and Cancellations: Clients must notify the studio at least 3 days in advance to reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

3. Payment Policies

3.1. Pricing: Tattoo costs vary based on size, complexity, and time required. A price estimate will be provided during the consultation.
3.2. Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
3.3. Gratuity: Tips for artists are appreciated but not required.

4. Studio Etiquette

4.1. Guests: Only one guest per client is allowed in the studio during the session, subject to space availability.
4.2. Behavior: Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. Scrappys Tattoo Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating this policy.
4.3. Cleanliness: The studio maintains strict hygiene standards. Clients are requested to follow all instructions to ensure a safe and clean environment.

4. Aftercare instructions

5.1. Instructions: Clients will be provided with aftercare instructions. It is the client’s responsibility to follow these instructions to ensure proper healing.
5.2. Healing Issues: Scrappys Tattoo Studio is not responsible for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions or pre-existing conditions.
